Punctuality

 

As a team, we will strive to be punctual for all of our appointments, as we know all of our clients have busy lives and places to be! We also ask that our clients arrive punctualy for their appointments.

 

We do understand that things can happen, and because of this we will provide a 5 minute grace period for clients who are running late, however if you arrive more than 5 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.  

Head lice protocol

 

Due to the nature of our business, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking an appointment and cancel any existing appointments if you or your child(ren) are experiencing or suspect head lice. 

If head lice is found during an appointment, our salon staff will cease services immediately, and discreetly inform the patron, or the parent or  guardian of the patron, of their findings.  

 

Services cannot commence on that patron again until the head lice is gone.  

If a case or suspected case of headlice is found on a customer, all tools at that station and the station itself will immediately be cleaned and thoroughly sterilized.
